The mega structure, inspired by a unique parametric structure system, features a futuristic facade with a wave frequency layout, utilizing FEFS® core cell membrane structure for homogeneous design. The comprehensive scope of work mandates us to be responsible for providing the complete structural analysis & all the working drawings for the designated structure. Following the design approval, we’ve undertaken the supply of material, fabrication & erection of an MS (Mild Steel) Structure, which includes utilizing all the necessary consumables & applying a protective anti-corrosive paint. The execution of the project involved brainstorming and structural analysis to create a geometrical helical open hyperboloid sheet made from FEFS® core membrane structure. Internal tensile members were planned, and elevational variations were achieved using Malleable Foam concrete FEFS® and projected fixed furniture. Floor used was a UHPC jointless terrazzo called FlexSazzo in interior areas & Paver blocks on exterior pathways. The projected hung canopy was an ideal example of a suitable conjunction of two shapes, yet enhancing the total structure.
